• The infamous NU Dairy Store and food processing pilot plants are in-house and provide unique experiences for students.

The Food Science and Technology Program is housed in Filley Hall and in the Food Industry Complex on East Campus next to the beautiful Maxwell Arboretum. Some unique facility features include:

PROGRAM EXPECTATIONS (What’s expected of you as an undergraduate student)
• Maintain a 2.0 cumulative GPA to remain in good academic standing within the College
• Participate in the Food Science Club
