PROGRAM DEFINITION
The major in water science is designed to educate students in basic and applied sciences related to Water resources. The management of water resources in Nebraska and throughout the world has great environmental, economic, and social significance. Sustainability of high quality water supplies and resolving conflicts among water users are the key elements to water management in the future.
