Huskers plant 150 trees for Nebraska U's 150th year

Students in associate professor Kim Todd’s plant identification, plant design and introduction to landscape management classes gathered Oct. 16 and 17 to begin planting 150 trees in honor of the university’s sesquicentennial.

CASNR students crowned homecoming royalty

Lammers and Gerlach, elected in an online vote of the student body Oct. 3, were crowned on the field at Memorial Stadium during halftime of the Oct. 5 Nebraska-Northwestern football game.

CASNR celebrated its largest graduating class in the history of the College in the spring of 2019. Husker quarter-scale tractor team wins international competition

Lincoln, Neb. — The University of Nebraska–Lincoln quarter-scale tractor A-Team took top honors at the International Quarter-Scale Tractor Student Design Competition held May 30-June 2 in Peoria, IL. The competition brought 24 collegiate teams from the United States, Canada and Israel together to test their skills at the event hosted by the American Society of Agricultural and Biological Engineers (ASABE).
