Elissa Foley - Japan Education Abroad

In Summer 2024, Kobe University in Japan hosted a six-week study abroad and internship program aimed at fostering global collaboration in addressing food-related challenges.

Elissa Foley is a senior Agricultural Education major, with minors in Horticulture and the Engler Agribusiness Entrepreneurship Program.  When given the opportunity to study abroad in Japan in Summer 2024, she jumped at the chance!

Lexi Bodlak - Internship in Costa Rica

Lexi Bodlak is majoring in Ag Leadership, Education and Communication with the goal of attending law school with a specialization in agriculture and international labor law.  She participated in an internship with the Gender and Youth Equity team at the Inter-American Institute for Cooperation on Agriculture (IICA) Headquarters in San José, Costa Rica.

Bailey - Wildlife Conservation in Namibia

The Wildlife Conservation in Namibia Education Abroad program allows students to observe the varied approaches to conservation and gain first-hand experience in a country that has taken up the challenge to save wildlife species of serious concern.

Bailey is double majoring in Biochemisty and Fisheries and Wildlife.  She participated in the Wildlife Conservation in Namibia Education Abroad program where she worked with the Cheetah Conservation Fund.
