Building Lifelong Learners
CASNR’s scholars programs provide opportunities for students to meet and interact with other students sharing interests and career goals. A focus on experiential learning and mentorship helps build lifelong learners.
AgFutures is a First-Year living-learning community on East Campus. Students live in the Massengale Residential Center, take a set of common classes, and participate in regular seminars and focused field trips in/near Lincoln to engage with leaders and entrepreneurs. Students will learn about entrepreneurship, leadership, service, and how they intersect to help build strong communities. AgFutures students are mentored by CASNR faculty and staff, and an upperclass peer mentor.More about AgFutures
