Why you wanted to join the CASNR SAB: I wanted to join the CASNR SAB because I remember what it felt like to be unsure of where to turn for help during my early days in the program. I know how frustrating and isolating that can be, especially when trying to succeed academically and personally in an unfamiliar environment. Being part of the Student Advisory Board gives me the chance to help others facing the same challenges I went through. I want to be a resource for students, to make sure they know exactly where to go for help, who to contact when they need support, and what steps to take if they’re feeling stuck. It’s all about creating a community where students feel empowered, connected, and supported, so they don't have to navigate the tough moments alone. I’m excited to be in a position where I can make a real difference in guiding others through the resources and opportunities that can help them thrive.
